Meet Empire State Asset Management

Joe Polsinelli

As a client, you will receive the hands-on attention of Joe Polsinelli, founder and wealth manager of Empire State Asset Management. With 29 years of experience in the securities and financial services industry, Joe is a knowledgeable and objective advisor who sits on the client’s side of the table.

Joe is a family man and understands first-hand the struggles clients face and will always work in your best interest. With a faith-based core and a belief in building for the future, Joe keeps these guiding principles in the forefront when creating his client’s financial plans.

Joe cares about his clients as people, not as “accounts,” and focuses on building lasting client relationships that go beyond investment advice. Many of his clients have also become friends. His “hands on” approach is evident in the way he does business – answering his own phone and taking the time to promptly answer any questions or client concerns.

Joe has two children, Samuele and Marygrace. Committed to doing good while doing well, Joe is active in giving back to his community. In his spare time, Joe can be found sea kayaking, camping, hiking or enjoying fine dining with family, friends and clients.

Belinda Cross Kucharski

After 23 years of banking experience, Belinda decided to make a career decision to focus solely on the management of client’s wealth. For many, critical financial decisions are being avoided or postponed and Belinda felt the need to help individuals and families center their attention on investments, insurance protections and estate preservation. Offering these holistic services ensures clients have all their bases covered when it comes to their financial situation.

Belinda began her journey in financial services in 1989 where she quickly became promoted to branch manager with Marine Midland Bank (now known as HSBC Bank USA). It was during this time that Belinda realized her true passion-guiding clients and helping them understand how to achieve personal financial success. In 2016, Belinda made the decision to become an independent financial adviser, where she could really serve her clients without limitations, and has never looked back.

Belinda met Joe in 2019 at a financial services conference in Denver. After learning of his values and client-oriented focus, Belinda knew Empire State Asset Management was the perfect place to grow her business.

Belinda lives with her husband, Brett in Charlton. She is a proud Aunt of seven nieces and nephews. In her spare time, she spends many hours volunteering as a Board Member and VP of Philanthropy with CAPTAIN Community Human Services, a non-profit providing a hand up to individuals and families while helping create a brighter future for them. Belinda is also a member and volunteer for the Saratoga County Chamber. During the summer she can be found floating on Ballston Lake!
